Solution: Install both Oracle client versions in fallowing order: 64 Bit 32 Bit Enable 32-Bit Application in IIS 7 ( more ) Set target platform to x86 in Build properties Exception: Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess' or one of its dependencies.
